The offices of Swale Properties are situated in the heart of Sheerness town centre, occupying a prominent double fronted corner location which gives the largest window display area of any estate agency in the town.
As an independently owned and managed company, we aim to provide a complete service to both buyers and sellers. To be able to do this knowledge is essential, therefore, all members of our sales team live locally and are able to offer in depth knowledge on a whole range of questions such as the location of schools, commuter train and coach services, which areas are most sought after, what types of property are sought after, shopping facilities etc. You have to live in an area to know all the answers with confidence.
